2. Purpose of Service

• Inform students about the Study with Skelly rental program.
• Facilitate payments and agreements for rental kits.
• Provide access to educational resources, including but not limited to videos, guides, quizzes, and downloadable materials.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to rent a kit.
• Minors may access educational resources if a parent, guardian, or adult renter provides access, but may not enter into rental agreements themselves.

4. Access to Resources

• Access to digital resources may be provided through one-time codes, links, or accounts.
• Access is limited to your personal use only, non-transferable, and expires at the end of the rental period unless separately purchased.
• You may not share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute your access credentials or the resources themselves.
• Study with Skelly reserves the right to revoke access at its sole discretion if misuse is detected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All digital resources, including videos, guides, activity books, images, quizzes, and related content, are the intellectual property of Study with Skelly.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the resources for personal educational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any resources without prior written consent.

6. Educational Disclaimer

• The Services and resources are provided for educational purposes only.
• They are not intended for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Accuracy of Materials

• While Study with Skelly strives for accuracy, resources may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• We make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content and are not responsible for any academic outcomes or reliance on the materials.

8. Money-Back Guarantee (Summary)

Study with Skelly offers a limited money-back guarantee in connection with rental kits. The specific terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements for the guarantee are set forth in the Rental Agreement, which governs all rentals.

9. Termination of Access

• Study with Skelly may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the resources.
• No refunds will be issued for terminated access due to violations.

10. Service Changes & Availability

• We may add, remove, or modify any part of the Services at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• Study with Skelly is not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or inability to access resources.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Study with Skelly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
• Study with Skelly is not liable for academic outcomes, exam performance, or reliance on the resources, except as expressly provided in the Money-Back Guarantee in the Rental Agreement.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• You waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

• Study with Skelly may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
