HOW DO I RENT SKELLY?
Super easy: click RENT SKELLY, agree to the rental terms, and complete your payment. Once that’s done, you’ll get instructions for pickup on campus (typically it will be delivered to your next scheduled lab class).
WHEN AND WHERE DO I PICK UP AND RETURN SKELLY?
Pickups and returns happen on the Sierra College campus in one of the anatomy labs. When you rent Skelly, tell us the room and time of your anatomy lab, and we'll deliver your Skelly!
CAN I RENT SKELLY IF I’M NOT IN YOUR CLASS?
Yes! I’m on campus every day, so it will be easy to arrange a pickup and return time via email.
IS THIS THE SAME KIND OF SKELETON WE USE IN LAB?
Yes — the kits are designed to match what you see in lab. Sometimes anatomy labs have some random bones mixed in, but for the most part, you’ll be practicing on the exact same bones you’ll need to know for exams: every process, foramen, and crest will look familiar!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR BREAK A BONE?
Don’t panic. In most cases, you’ll just pay the replacement cost for that one bone plus a small handling fee. Only if the skeleton is seriously damaged or missing major parts would the full replacement cost apply.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY KIT LATE?
Most likely I’ll just come by your lab the week after your skeletal lab practical and collect your kit, but if for some reason you don’t have your kit, late fees do apply (and after 31 days the kit is considered lost and a replacement cost is charged). But I’ll be in touch with you frequently to make sure that doesn’t happen.
